Campaign's Campaigns - March edition

Ellie Shell

Every month, we keep our eyes peeled so you don’t have to, spotlighting the campaigns that cut through and spark conversation. March has kept things interesting, with brands tapping into culture, timing and a touch of well-placed chaos to make an impact. From reactive moments to thoughtful executions and standout launches, here’s our roundup of the campaigns that caught our eye this month.

March’s standout campaigns: Culture, chaos and clever timing

This month, brands showed just how powerful it can be to meet audiences where they are - whether that’s through humour, emotion or perfectly timed cultural relevance. Here are the campaigns that made their mark.

KFC

KFC went full chaos mode with its limited-edition pickle menu, turning a divisive flavour into a social-first moment. From unexpected menu items to the bizarre (and brilliant) pickle puffer stunt, the campaign leaned fully into absurdity - and it paid off. Bold, weird and impossible to scroll past, it was built to dominate feeds.

Tesco

Tesco marked Mother’s Day with a striking billboard made entirely of real flowers, creating a simple yet powerful tribute that stopped people in their tracks. Blending physical installation with emotional storytelling, the campaign proved that impactful ideas don’t need to be complex, just meaningful.

poppi

Poppi officially landed in the UK this month, bringing its viral, creator-led energy across the pond. Rolling out in Tesco and Pret, the launch felt less like a traditional product drop and more like a cultural arrival, driven by bold branding, social buzz and a strong sense of identity.

Lipton

Lipton teamed up with Ice-T in a campaign that practically wrote itself. Playing on the name, the collaboration leaned into humour and cultural awareness to create a simple but highly effective social moment. This is proof that sometimes the most obvious ideas are the most powerful when executed well.

March’s campaigns showed the value of knowing your audience and showing up in the right way at the right time. Whether that's through playful disruption or thoughtful simplicity, these brands created moments that resonated.
